DATAlysis is a Swiss-based data consultancy founded in 2016. Over nearly a decade, we have worked with 25+ organisations across Switzerland, Europe, and the US — from mid-market companies to global enterprises and international institutions, across finance, retail, pharma, logistics and more.
Our work covers the full data spectrum: Business Analytics and Business Intelligence remain our historical core and the area where our track record is deepest and most recognised. From there, we operate across data integration, architecture, governance, and — increasingly — artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The Founder - Gianni Ceresa
Gianni has spent over 15 years working at the intersection of data, business and technology. He is an Oracle ACE Director — a distinction awarded to a small number of experts recognised worldwide for their technical depth and community contribution. He presents at a number of major international conferences every year, and has been doing so consistently for over 10 years.
That recognition comes with something more tangible than a title: direct, ongoing access to Oracle's product teams. Gianni works closely with product managers — testing features before they are released, contributing feedback that shapes product direction, and maintaining relationships that allow him to get fast, authoritative answers when clients need them. For DATAlysis customers, this translates into advice that reflects where Oracle products are going, not just where they are today.
Before founding DATAlysis, Gianni was Principal Consultant at Rittman Mead (UK), where he worked as architect, analyst, team lead and developer. Prior to that, he built a decade of experience across EPM, Business Intelligence and web development — giving him an unusually broad foundation that covers both the technical and the business side of data work.
He is an active member of the Oracle user community, contributes to forums and user group, and continues to develop training programmes and research alongside client work.
